Arya slitting Little Finger’s throat is high on the list.
Sansa and Jon reuniting at Winterfell was good too.
But I have to give top spot to Gilly (who was not even supposed to be allowed in the Citadel) being the one to figure out that Rheagar and Lyanna were married which means that not only is Jon Snow not a bastard after all, he is the rightful heir to the Iron Throne.
Joffrey’s death or maybe the birth of Dany’s dragons
My favorite GoT moment of season 7 was Sansa sentencing Little Finger to death with the help of her siblings and I especially loved the conversation Sansa and Arya had afterward.
Arya’s reunion with Nymeria, Cersei’s walk of shame, Dany’s dragons roasting the Lannister army… so many favorites!
