When Elli, a small, homeless ghost, knocks on the door of the eccentric residents of a haunted carousel looking for a place to call home, she accidentally attracts the attention of the “outside world” and must team up with a ragtag group of monsters on a madcap quest to save not only all the monsters but also her only chance at finally having a family of her own.
